Intensive Outpatient Program

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IPO) is a structured treatment approach designed for individuals dealing with mental health issues or substance use disorders. IOPs provide a higher level of care then traditional outpatient therapy but do not require full-time hospitalization. Participants attend sessions several times a week, typically for a few hours each session, allowing them to engage, in therapy, group sessions, and skill-building activities while still maintaining some level of daily independence. IOPs are beneficial for individuals who need more support than standard outpatient services offer but do not require 24-hour supervision, helping them transition back to everyday life while working on recovery and coping strategies.
